Executive Biography
Jocelyn R. Coleman is the Senior VP of Creative Affairs and Communications.
She is responsible for securing Hollywood and industry above-the-line
talent and actors for each production. She also produces and cultivates
Tri Destined productions from the development stage though production.
Jocelyn’s communications duties for the studio benefit greatly from
her extensive journalism background as a newspaper reporter for USA
Today, The Boston Globe, Florida Today (where she was also a columnist),
and The Ventura County Star. As a screenwriter, she has received accolades
in many contests and participated in prestigious Hollywood writing
programs such as The Bill Cosby Screenwriting Fellowship and The Warner
Bros. Television Writing Program.
Jocelyn has held positions with Hollywood’s elite Creative Artists
Agency, Don Cornelius Productions, “American Idol,” “Soul Train Music
Awards,” “The NAACP Image Awards” and the “ESPYs.” Ms. Coleman founded
her own public relations firm, Favor PR, which has managed and coordinated
campaigns in film, fashion, corporate, event planning and personal
publicity for such high profile clients as B & C Associates, Nissan
North America via B & C Associates, Tri Destined Studios, American
Idol winner Ruben Studdard, The Inner City Destiny Awards and actors
Kel Mitchell and Kenya Moore.
Jocelyn graduated cum laude from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA with
a B.A. in English and a minor in Communications.
