Executive Biography

Sketch J:Imani is responsible for overseeing multi media design and new media ventures for Tri Destined Studios and VIP corporate. Since childhood her numerous volunteer, academic, independent and professional endeavors have garnered her several awards, accolades and notable recognition. She has worked on many film and television productions including The X-Files, Disney's Sixth Man, The Sentinel and many NBC movie-of-the-week projects. As the host of a late night urban radio program she served her community providing news, interviews, music and commentary for local listeners. As a writer her works have touched the hearts and inspired many. As a recording artist, Sketch has recorded, produced and performed all over the globe and participated in many concert projects including the 3-year running Hoodstock concert series which led to her being featured in the nationally televised documentary, “ KICKIN’ ”

As a lecturer / motivational speaker, Sketch J:Imani has traveled extensively hosting workshops in co-operation with wings of government and community organizations such as the Ministry of Attorney General, OP4.com, Black AIDS Network, National Congress of Black Women and British Columbia Youth Police Network.

Sketch J:Imani’s focus is let the work be the star. She could be dj’ing a party, producing a record or television show, designing a website or writing a book and still her flow remains mellow. Sketch J:Imani’s talents and personality are synonymous with excellence and class. She has worked hard to position herself as a marquee representative of urban entertainment. The educational, independent and professional accomplishments of Sketch J:Imani bring the dexterity necessary to ensure that the remarkable labours of Tri Destined Media will be crowned with success. “Failure is not an option.”

This summa cume laude graduate studied Recorded Arts and Sciences as well as Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy and English.
